Poor Service
They are impossible to contact once they get your money from you. The fees are so astronomical as to feel like I am being ripped off, I ended up getting way less than what I've gotten somewhere else. Will never file my taxes here again.

Agreed. The lady I spoke with on the phone had a nasty attitude. Bad service.
Strongly agree. The amount they are charging is ridiculous for sub-par service..
