This is a scam
I purchased the tax lien tutor program for 1497.00 at the apartment owners association trade show in 2012. Was told that if I was not satisfied I could get a full refund. I purchased a lien in 2013 that was maturing 6/1/17. Prior to maturity I called when phone support was available and was told I could not foreclose until maturity. Never got a redemption check and when I tried to reach them in may 2018, found out that skwcentral isn't handling their customer support because they enter out of business. Skw was very unhelpful as you can only email. Do not buy these tax liens - they are a sham company And skw appears to be no different. I'm out the 1497 and the amount I paid for two liens. This is pure scam!
