Wrong company identified in previous complaint

Tax Advances does not have a call center and is not associated with Best Buy. The person commenting on this blog earlier has identified the wrong company that they are complaining about. Tax Advances helps property owners pay their property taxes with the county that the property is located in and helps Texans stay in their homes. We do not sell a "product". 37 minutes on phone with call center and they asked me to call back when their systems are up??

Called for appointment to set up 3 computer network. They took all personal info which was painful and took 25 minutes only to be transferred to someone else because the individual taking info said could not set appt. Next agent stared asking me all the same questions and after 12 more minutes came back and said for me to call them back when their systems were up and running? If they cannot keep their systems up and running, why should I believe they can keep mine up and running? NO THANKS!!! Unfortunately, this effects my buying decisions about all purchases from Best Buy. I am returning $200 dollars worth of product purchased last week and going to Frye's.
