What a fly by night company
I shipped my Blazer from CA to MI with a auto broker. They contacted with Taurus to transport my vehicle.
They loaded it in CA in great condition, unloaded it in MI. With 4in water in the back of it. The driver who did not know how work the ramps on a 6 car hauler. I find out after delivery had only been hauling cars for 10 days!
What a scam. He loaded a 1979 blazer in very good shape. With the back window up and spare tire on the tail gate in the bottom of the trailer.
When it was unloaded in the poring rain in MI 7 days later it was on top of the trailer, with back window down, and spare tire off the tailgate and in the back of the Blazer. It rained across the upper US from CA to MI for 6 of 7 days.
Then the owner of Taurus would not cover the damage.
Even though he had pics of before and after where is was loaded. The driver spoke no English at all.
