I can't find an email address for customer feedback. Does anyone have one?
They don't have enough LEVEL THREE DC FAST CHARGERS at The Mall at Partridge Creek, Michigan, and they don't police them to make people move their vehicles out of the spots when they are done charging. We drove from Sarnia, Ontario, and couldn't shop there because we needed to charge and couldn't. Normally we arrive, we charge up, then we move the vehicle and go shopping, but this was completely impossible to do. They have the ability to be on top of this and they don't.
It was a wasted trip and they lost a lot of revenue from us. Do better.
