Unhappy experience-first time in 7 years

We have been enjoying the Tatte cafe in Fenway for over 7 years. It was always our favorite cafe because the food is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. We had a terrible experience with the manager there today. We gave our usual order ( same for 7 years with no problem) but we always ask for a scrambled egg on our traditional shakshuka instead of poached. It is not a hard request to accommodate. Takes the same amount of time. Weve never had a problem before. The sales girl ( Lauren) explained that it is not listed that way, so we asked if they could do it. The manager came over and gave us the worst attitude! She was so rude!!! I explained that I am a long time customer and have had no trouble getting accommodation. We then asked for no egg and the manager told us we couldnt get it without the egg!! This is not premade so I dont see why the egg couldnt be left off!! I left no tip for the first time in my life!! Some training and attitude adjustment is needed badly!
