Refuses to process my refund, terrible company

Tattahome appears to be a legitimate business. I place two orders for kitchen and bath faucets.

They did state it would take about 4 weeks to receive my shipment. I placed the order the beginning of May and received part of my order the end of July and beginning of August. Part of my order never arrived in time for installation in August. We are now 3 months out from when I ordered.

I had to cancel the balance of the order and received the rest of the parts from a local supplier.

It has now been 3 months and every email asking about my refund is met with it is in process. I'm sure they realize they can simply not send my refund and there is little I can do since I do not live in Italy.

These people are THIEVES! I ordered almost $800 in lighting and after 3 months of no info, I asked for a refund.

From there it was it will arrive next week, to we will process your refund asap, to refund will be processed next week, to a straight lack of response. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS now.

No lights, no refund. Beware of this company - do not buy from them!!

I bought 2 pendants from the Tattahome website in February. After 3 months, I contacted them asking for the status of the order, and they couldn't give me any estimated date.

I requested the cancellation of my order end of April and still have received it! It has been 3 months where I just received the same answer - "we are proceeding with the refund and you will receive it asap." It is the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered!

I am an interior architect here in NY, working in a very well know firm and I never had to deal with such lack of customer care. I will publish my reviews everywhere I can so other customers don't get scammed as I did.

I purchased 8 plates, was told 6 weeks delivery, 3 months later I still have no plates. I began asking for a refund mid-May.

Still no refund. This company, if you can call it that, cannot be trusted.

They still have my $800.00 USD, which they managed to charge the day after the order but can't manage to refund after asking for 3 weeks. I am going to report them.

Very pathetic service. Delivers only apology but not purchased item

I ordered wash basin in Oct 2024 and the only thing I receive is an apology. Each time I contact them for delivery, they send an apology that the item is dispatched to their warehouse. the same thing after another month is passed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to threaten them with legal action, putting a bad review on every platform, emailed them every day to ask for my money.

Finally threatened to contact the European Commission for disputes. It has been exhausting and I never got a single apology!

I purchased a designer Smeg Kettle for £397.44. They took the money from my account on the 29th of January 2024.

They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered, which is fine. However, after several emails to them and after becoming fed up listening to their ridiculous excuses for the last few months, I asked for my money to be returned to me.

On the 7th of May 2024, I had an email stating that Andrew, whom I was dealing with, said he was 'mortified and will make sure my refund is prioritized.' And so it goes on, I still do not have my money and it's making me ill. Can you advise what I can do?
