Hello, I uninstalled the My Gym app and then reinstalled it only to find that my progress had been completely erased. Is there any way that you could help me get it back? I need it to finish a deal. Update 8/7/23: Immediately got ignored. What the *** Absolutely despicable! The disrespect is clear as day!

The email they posted on the google play store does not work. I had to search up their customer service. I have emailed them once but they did not answer. Hopefully, Pissedconsumer can help me out in contacting them. I lost my data because I uninstalled the "My Gym" mobile game app. I reinstalled it to find all my progress gone! Ugh! What the *** I needed that for a deal I was trying to achieve! I was so close! Please help me get the credit I need for the deal!

  • You just need to grind a little

Preferred solution: My deal credit or my progress back so I can get my deal credit.

User's recommendation: Unless they change their attitude please do not download any of their products.
