Sent email to company. Response didn't address my concerns at all. It was basically a scripted note with no relevant information to my issues.

Preferred solution: A phone call or communication from someone that can read properly

Resolved: Had sample at Costco. What I bought was not the same thing. What were they sampling??

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Costco explained how sampling vendors are selected, etc.

It's an outside company. Will reach out to Tasty Bite next.

Tried sample at Costco. Bought the product only to be disappointed that it wasn't what I sampled.

Furthermore, the package says it's Gluten Free but the ingredients include " wheat derivative ". What?

Will definitely be returning product.

Worst customer service ever at tasy *** montgomery

  • Manager blamed GPS and said the food would be free, but the card was charged.

We ordered delivery at work at 2pm after an hr and a half we called to see what happened with our food for the store manager to say her GPS was not getting a signal and never tried to call us back for directions after navigating her 3 miles straight up the road she told us our cold soggy food would be free and that she would not charge credit card, which she did, upon calling her to ask about it she insisted she did not charge me!!! Which when I told her it was indeed charged she hung up on me. And when I called back she did not answer
