Unsuccessful at joining initially
You must lose so many potential customers because your system is virtually impossible to deal with. I love the premise of taking my input and selecting wine based on that information. I can only hope that your wine is better than your computer ability. You are probably about to lose another customer since I cant even join your club.

Let the company propose a solution
I have been trying to cancel my subscription since July. I was charged for another wine shipment in September!! After numerous emails- as they do not take messages on the phone and have disabled the ability to log into my acct. I got another email today saying I will be charged for ANOTHER shipment. I have been emailing to not ship it NOR charge me!! How many emails do I have to send for them to cancel my subscription ??! I want them to delete my card information AND my account immediately!
