AI Highlights
  • - Yearly fee of 49.99 wasn’t refunded after switching to monthly.
  • - Free week signup may lead to overlooked terms; disputes fall under FAA.

Taste made refused to return the yearly fee 49.99. I asked to be changed to monthly then canceled my account.

They would not return the money. In the terms the money is not returnable. If you wish to dispute a person uses the Federal Arbitration Act.

Who reads the terms when signing up for a free week. It is a scam.

Would not refund money

AI Highlights
  • - I signed up for a monthly plan, but it was yearly.
  • - Site allowed monthly payments; I tried to switch.
  • - Refund denied; BBB filed; FAA arbitration.

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription. Only to discover it was yearly.

The website allowed for the payments to be changed to monthly. I requested that the subscription be charged to monthly. Then requested the account canceled and refunded. I was told that it was yearly and nothing could be done.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The company responded that the payment was made and would not be refunded.

The dispute has to be arbitrate d by the Federal Arbitration Act. I don't know if this would have any standing.
