  • - Meter readings are inconsistent; visits moved.

Tasnetworks aka Queens of Fuss and Drama.

Their mission: to cause customers stress and distress.

And to generate as many customer complaints as possible.

Tas networks unofficial fundraisers for the RSPCA.

Specializing in service delivery to customers who thrive on stress.

Tas networks motto: let us attend on any other day, than advised to read your meter,

Let us let your pets and livestock onto the street. And gain you the customer the potential privilege of being fined $500.00 -$1500.00 by the RSPCA!

We at Tas networks pride ourselves on providing this additional stress inducing service, all whilst we bill you $1.22 @ day.

This highly commended emergency foster carer for pets and livestock resigned her position after 20 years.

As Tasnetworks advised on March the 2nd they were attending on the 8th to read meter, but turns up on the 3rd. Pages of verbose dribble on Tasnetworks said we're sorry & this won't happen again. On 6th June, Tasnetworks SMS notified of 11th of June meter reader attendance.

Yet the meter reader turns up on the 6th of June. Staff didn't even bother to ring to get permission to enter on a different date and didn't care if my pets were tethered or indoors.

Pros:
  • Fix line wires
Cons:
  • Clashing systems
  • Untimely
  • Pathetic management

Preferred solution: Price reduction

User's recommendation: Lock gate entrances leading to meters at side and rear of house. Demand Tasnetworks give you 3-5 days prior notice of attendance.
