Worst customer service bye far

Bought a Ford F-150 platinum 3 months ago from the seekonk location bought the extended warranty. Made a service appointment to use the warranty. Serivce advisor says there is no warranty on file. Sounds a little strange! Called the finance manager to double check says I have one and says he will take care of it and call me back.the next business day Run around treatment at its finest. Next day comes no calls. Will never recommend anyone to buy anything from tasca in seekonk.
