Tasca Ford Cranston

Ok I had a bad car accident and my Taurus was totaled I went to my usual dealership where I felt the deal was not great. I decided to go to Tasca in Cranston,MA because they were a big dealership.

I first contacted them on line and on the phone and was told I had $27000 approved with $1000 down. The Dealership picked me up because I had no car . I get there and the deal is $23000 and $5000 down at much higher interest rate. I had brought some cash 4K but No Way.

I tell them no way I am not doing that they start getting nasty Where one Salesmen says You Know Rod (My Salesmen) only gets $150 a car real nasty.

Then the Salesmen Rod says he is not giving me a ride home, Absurd I am 40 miles from home. I try speaking to Phil the GM he is on a cell phone personal call for 1.5 hours laying in is office. When I speak to him he starts yelling at me telling me to lower my voice when he is yelling He says go take some of your *** Money and get Urber WOW! He walks away I wait a few minutes and nicely ask Phil The GM to give me the owners contact information He starts yelling at me saying to get out of his Dealership .

I say what is wrong with you He starts putting his finger in my face swearing at me I tell him to stop he Says What are you going to do. I tell him to stop He Says it Again I then point my finger in his face , I say have you read the Tasca pledge on wall He says Go *** Yourself. I had to pay $150 for a Taxi. I complained to the Dealership they tried covering for the GM asking me if I had smelled liquor on his breathe They bring down the price on the car but I never get the $150 back I was promised he said I took it off the car I said No I want the money.

Several of the employees apologize for Phil the GM . I let it go. They had 21 days to register my Car and completely forget about it and Rod gives me attitude saying it his day off . First I want the $150.00 Second I want the Owners the Tascas to speak too.

Lastly I ask the gentlemen named Irene I believe very nice guy Do me a big favor I want to buy a New Bullitt Mustang and have a original owner 61 TBird 38K original worth about 40K Since I really got burned on this deal you could make it up on this .

He says sure never hear from him again Horrible Service I have a trip tomorrow that will need to be canceled because my plates are expired High Prices Above NADA by Far and Rude/ Violent Customer Service
