A client who paid the cost to get a good service.

Refer to "Tarzana Cleaners" located on 5540 Reseda Blvd., Tarzana, CA 91356, for an alteration job. Have been charged $25.00 on my credit card for the cost of alteration as requested. (which is too much according to others in the field). Picked up my pants a week after that and nobody could believe this, my brand new pants have been ruined and can not be fixed, redo, mend name it, again. All I was offered was an apology. I was told that they were going to have it fixed, but it can't. Who's going to protect the rights of an honest client in this stagnant and difficult economy situation? It's not fair, I have paid for the cost of a good service, then why am I being treated like this? I am sorry to say this, that AMERICA is loosing her precious human values.
