trying to reach someone about taryn rose shoes i had purchased. i love the shoes but after a limited number of wearings, they stretched so much that i cannot wear them anymore.

i tried putting things in to make them tighter, but it made that didn't work.

is there anything that can be done for me? inside the shoe it says F 700 38 M

Bought a pair of shoes for a formal evening event. Purchased based on their guarantee of comfort and design.

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.

After 30 minutes I was in tears and had to not only take them off but couldn't even wear the flats I expected to wear for the late evening. Had to be barefoot.

Emailed customer service, zero response. Called and they told me I wore them too bad so sad.

The gentleman, Bob, could not have been ruder. Will never ever purchase from them again.

I just want to tell you that seven years ago I bought three pairs of shoes from you guys the totaled about $1100 (one was a boot) I really like the shoes but they were all heels, years later I wear mostly flats or kitten heel shoes. So I tried you again but this time I ordered online. It took over a week to get the shoes (Which I ordered for my graduation) they arrived two days after my graduation. I have worn a ten for my whole life, even in your shoes that I bought years ago. All of a sudden the ones which I ordered for my graduation are too small. I called in and one of your people told me that the size depends on the shoe which is ridiculous. I called back and got a different person who agreed that was ridiculous but I should try 10 1/2 or an 11. Although that is not my size in any other shoe, I returned your shoes and reordered it in a 10 1/2 and 11. I called in today frustrated for several reasons number one I never got the $50 Mother’s Day coupon for the shoes I ordered before my graduation (before Mother’s Day) when I returned the first shoes and we order them I told you guys I didn’t get the $50 off and I wanted it and I was told I couldn’t have it because it had expired. I was frustrated but I just said fine. Later I found out you guys gave me a $25 credit that I didn’t know about. When I called in today I was frustrated because I still hadn’t got the new shoes and the old shoes I sent back took a whole week to get to you because of the type of return label you sent so I had no shoes and you guys had almost $600 in my money and I still didn’t get the $50 credit. In addition your emails that say “the shoes have shipped”, does not give a tracking number so I have to click on it for a status update and then I have to type in information including the order number so i have to go back to the email to copy the order number and then when I get to that second page, it STILL doesn’t give me a tracking number. So I get a message from UPS saying I’m getting a UPS package today (not from Taryn Rose but frim some company I never heard of) so I today I get an email saying it’s not coming today but tomorrow. So totally frustrated, I called in and I let them know how horrible my experience has been from the very beginning of this process and I asked them if they will honor the $50 since I bought the initial shoes before Mother’s Day. Yesenia says she’s not authorized to do it only a supervisor is so I asked for a supervisor. She puts me on hold forever comes back and says there’s no supervisor available but one will call me back.

Five minutes later she calls me back and said a supervisor will NOT be calling me back and you guys will be giving me a $25 credit and NOT the $50 Mother’s Day Credit.

This is what I have deduced from my experience with your company, you don’t care about me as a customer you don’t care about my time you don’t care about my experience you don’t care about my business. I have three pairs of shoes that I’m waiting for and I’m also waiting for a credit for two other shoes that I returned over a week ago. When I get the shoes, if they fit I will keep them, if they don’t I will send them back but I promise you I will never buy another shoe from this company as long as I live and I will tell everyone I know who’s interested in your shoes about my horrible experience. I realize it’s only 25 additional dollars but to me it’s how you have devalued me as a customer and devalued my time and money.

This whole process has been a nightmare.

Then to top it all off, I took the time to write this email and then the link where you submit feedback is broken and you have the nerve to ask me to call Lynn to your number and give them some 80 trillion digit code for them to research. This company is a joke and I’m done.

Paid for merchandise that TR did not send and TR will not make it right.

I placed an order consisting of 3 pairs of shoes. They applied one UPS tracking number to the whole order - which was delivered, but with only 1 pair of shoes.

I have phoned and emailed and customer service keeps giving me the run-around. They are like parrots saying the order was shipped and UPS delivered it. I have explained and explained.

God knows it is not hard to understand but this is like talking to a mud fence. They have my money - will not correct their mistake and send the full order or refund.

If one attempts to do a deep search of Taryn Rose, I can find no real evidence she was ever a surgeon. Taryn Rose is not her real name and she "Doesn't like to discuss" her career as a surgeon. I think she may be a high-class grifter.

BUYER BEWARE‼‼WORST CUSTOMER EVER‼

I don’t know where to begin. We order thousands of dollars online.

Together, my daughter and I own nine pair of Taryn Rose Allesandra ballet flats and I own two dressy pairs. A couple of months ago, I ordered another pair of ones in black as they’re my favorite shoes ever! They’ve modernized the design, and I didn’t realize it had changed to a round toes. So disappointing.

I’ve taught design for 33 years and the others are so perfect. So I sent them back. I have the post office “delivery confirmation”. However, all of the back and forth dialogue continues to say that you do not have them.

This is intolerable. Even without loving the way I do the others, I’ve given two choices: Find them, send them back OR refund the $395.00‼‼

I’m so disgusted. NEVER before have I had such difficulty being satisfied as a customer. I’m so sorry to say that I got two responses that “maybe I got them elsewhere”!

Another that said they can’t find them. I hope they have integrity to solve this, or I’ll go forward with “other” forms of “encouragement”!

They stated the shoes aren’t available yet the shoes are still available on their website! I put a pair in my cart and took a screenshot. Very odd dealings with this company.

This company is unethical and unprofessional. I waited 2 weeks for my order.

After numerous calls to the company and outright lies (one, that my order would arrive this past Monday and two, someone would get back to me), I phoned today and asked to speak to a manager. She wasn’t available but did call back only to inform me the shoes weren’t available and my credit card would be refunded! After 2 weeks! I just went to their website and saw the shoes are still available on their site in my size!

I put them in my cart and could have ordered them. Something is wrong with this company.

Very poorly made shoes, worse customer service

I bought a pair of Taryn Rose shoes online, directly from TR. After wearing them for less than two weeks, the heel fell off.

I called customer service and was told to send a photo, which I did. I did not hear anything for a week. I emailed back and was told that the matter was referred to their corporate headquarters. I had to email THREE more times over the next two weeks before anyone got back to me.

They refused a refund. They said I could send them back for exchange and a coupon for 25% off a future purchase. I did not want to have to package and send the shoes back but wanted to have the heel repaired locally, which their "policy" would not reimburse. I had no intention of a future purchase.

It is ridiculous that a pair of shoes that costs $425 dollars would fall apart after two weeks of normal wear.

Totally unimpressed with the quality and even less with the absent customer service. I will not buy their shoes again, nor should you

Taryn Rose heels caused blisters!

I just purchased my first pair of Taryn Rose pumps at their Las Vegas store while on vacation . After wearing the pumps in a carpeted casino for 2 hours, I had the blisters forming on both of my pinkie toes that prevented me from wearing any of my other shoes except sandals.

I took the overly priced shoes back to the store to request a full refund the very next day after purchase.

I was told that refunds were not possible after they'd been worn. Apparently, that was on the receipt, which I didn't sign. Talk about deceptive trade practice! More importantly, these shoes not only didn't live up to the hype; they caused more damage to my feet than any other shoe that I've ever owned in less time.

Between the deceptive trade practice of not allowing refunds; *** product and poor customer service. .

.I'd say skip this much hyped brand altogether.

Taryn Rose defective shoes,poor customer service

I bought a pair of mens Taryn Rose dress shoes for $410 while on vacation in San Francisco. After less than 4 weeks, the sole of the tip of the shoes wore off.

I contacted the customer service number listed on their website and was referred to their corporate office. I was told to return the shoes to the Neiman Marcus I had bought them to even after I explained they were purchased while on vacation.

Only select places sell Taryn rose shoes. I don't understand why their customer service is so poor. I am an orthopedic surgeon and cannot recommend these shoes to my patients due to poor service.

I purchased these shoes also and found that there really wasn't any of the "technology" she brags about in her ongoing "life story". They were just another pair of expensive shoes that fell apart.

In fact, I heard they are actually manufactured in China and then assembled in Italy... just to keep the "Made In Italy" branding!!!

What a scam. Someone needs to expose this fraud of a doctor/designer...
