I ordered brushes but I never got a confirmation email and the website said the order didnt go through. However it charged my card twice and Im really unhappy about this. Id like to get money back for atleast one set of the brushes but also know if Im getting any at all

Hello! I am a Romanian customer on Tarte website.
Even if I had several successful orders on their site, last week I placed a new one to benefit from an offer. My order contained only 4 products, all different.
Order registered, money blocked, all good signs of valid order.
After 2days I deleted my credit card from the site to protect myself from any possible fraud, as recently such criminal activities had increased all around the world. Guess what? My order was canceled due to suspicious reason...after chatting with 4-5 of their support fellows, after i dont remember exactly how many emails, all saying that it was canceled due to suspicious activity.
I explained why this is not the case, I was invited to place a new order and guess what? They charged me
4more times and no valid order because my account is blocked!
So...good job, Tarte! Not a pleasure doing business with you.
