Refund not been processed
Luggage damaged, filed a complain and agree to refund however never it was never executed and despite many many reminders emails , they never answer back.Given tel number never answer
a disaster customer service not to say there is no customer service and this airline must be out of skyteam alliance

Resolved: I need to change a phone number for check in
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It’s ok
I put a wronge phone number for my booking by mistake,e dreams company already change my details but i still can't do a check in on my 2 flights, please change my tel number in the your sistem for me to do a check in by myself

Refund for accommodation expenses RO364
Hello there, Ive sent more then 10 emails to any contact email I had including yours regarding the compensation/refund for the expenses have occurred due to my flight have been cancelled by airlines.
RO364 on the 23d June this year
Its almost a month since I first sent my email with all required receipts attached and till now I do not even have my claim reference number. May you please tell me what is going on . We were assured we are going to get our money back.
