Your staff lied and defrauded us on our purchase
Pants were special ordered to be altered by Friday for my daughters engagement,staff had told us they checked pants themselves and they were done and ready to pick up they lied

I have phurchased 2 jeans from Onehunga mall ( Dress mart ) Auckland NZ today.
Before I made a payment , She( I think manager or ) asked me something.
I thought she asked about " Are you member our company ?
So I told her , " No" I want to become a member .
After that , She recorded my personal information on the computer and I asked her before I make a payment . Can I get any discount ?
she said " you can get discount 20% from next time . I really can not understand about it .
Anyway I became a member before paying.
If members receive a 20% discount, I think they should do so.
I want to get 20% off ( $52) .
