Poorly made-terrible customer service.
Purchased a high end backpack 10 months ago. Within 3 months a seam separated. Targus replaced, it was an ordeal getting a paid return label. Last month another seam split. They require it to be returned, but will not pay for shipping. Im not sure it is worth my expense to get this bag replaced. Perhaps that is part of their business model??!!
