Website does not have a cancel or amend section. Could not reach customer service via telephone, although it is still in service hours. It kept saying outside service hours.

I was in Target Ipswich Queensland on Thursday 21 Dec 2023. As I walked in the entry my exhausted and frustrated demeanour must have shown as I was welcomed by a truly lovely employee who asked if I needed help.

I had spent about 2 hours looking for a remote control car with no luck. This kind lady summonsed a young man to assist me. He was wonderful and explained the various cars to me. I bought a jeep for $20!!!

I could not believe the respect and courtesy I was shown and I felt so guilty that I had spent just $20. I was treated quite rudely when I asked for some help in another store before I had gone intoTarget. I will never spend another cent there again. A totally different attitude is reflected by Target employees who treat their clients with respect and dignity.

It is my go to shop now. I just had to share my experience and, although I don't know their names, I would appreciate this feedback shared with entry staff, a ???

Complaint about a product

hello, I purchased 4 x towels from the Joondalup store in Perth Western Australia on the 19/8/223 I only have my bank statement, as proof of purchase as I have not kept the receipt. After countless times washing them, they still have little bits of towel coming off them every time I use them.

This is clearly a faulty product. My email is

Placed an order of casserole for click & collect bit haven't received but says it is delivered

I have placed an order to click and collect casserole since it wasn't available in store they said they will deliver to my home. But got a mail it is delivered upon tracking it is delivered to a wrong address, trying to reach everyone to help find but in vain.

Worst Online Order Ever. Thanks Target!

Firstly, it took several attempts just to place my order.

The Gift Card would not work despite numerous phone calls, and it was eventually "stolen" by Target, so I could not complete that order.

They finally "generously according the Target" agreed to refund the gift card amount which took another week!

I finally place my order after having to modify it various times as some item were no longer available since it had all taken so long.

Now it is "lost" in the post for nearly 2 weeks and if I "still have not received it after yet another week, I should contact them"!

I have rung customer service (clearly NOT actually any service provided) numerous times and "all they can do is ESCALATE" my complaint and someone MIGHT "contact me by email" within yet another week. Of course this still has NOT HAPPENED, but what can you expect from a company that is going broke and shutting stores and sacking employees???????

No offer of compensation or even an apology, let alone any actual action

NEVER AGAIN TARGET.

Ordered an electric motor bike for Xmas was told it would be here before Christmas , only to find out 5weeks later there is no bike , there's no more in stock and all they can do is offer a refund!! One very upset 5 year old who is waiting for his bike !! Absolutely disgraceful, descusting customer service from a company as big as target
