This company of a thing just rob me and when I complain they just laugh over it. I started with $40 and move to $50 and the next bills went to $350+ for no reasons.

I had and still have what I use to have with little kids that can not use electricity, and we be hardly at home. RUN FAR AWAY, this is robbing.

Trying to collect early termination fee after I moved aND they assured me at sign up there would be no fee IF I moved to a area that they did not serve

I recently moved into a new apartment in Irving and signed up with Tara energy for electricity provider. Contract was to be signed and set up prior to move in.

I moved in and waited for a bill. After several weeks and numerous phone call, I finally was able to get intouch with someone. The issue ended up being that Tara energy had entered the wrong apartment number for me.I live in 2087 and someone from the company had entered 2078. I finally was able to get that resolve but ended up having to pay a much higher rate from apartment complex.

This month I received another 50 dollar bill from apartment for having to provide electricity. Taranet admitted it was their mistake initially however refuse to pay or credit me any money.

Do not do any business with this shady company. Horrible customer service, never will use again and will continue to spread the work about their horrible service.
