None of the employees wear masks or socially distance.

The trainers are not certified and injure you during class.

They play the same horrible rap music over and over at over 90 decibels, causing your ears to ring.

They do not clean the floors prior to every class, but make you get on the floor to exercise on the dirty gym floor where everyone's shoes, sweat and spit has been.

The owner hits you in the face without warning during boxing training.

They let the little kids run wild without supervision between and during adult classes.

The owner PERRY LEE BROWN JR is an overbearing control freak, taking your picture FROM BEHIND and video recording you almost daily without asking. He will follow you around really creepily and ask you dumb questions about your clothes, your workouts, your gear, etc.

You can't even have a reasonable, logical conversation with him because he literally lies to your face about almost everything. He goes through your belongings in the lockers. He will follow you into the bathroom.

He will literally touch and move your personal items without asking you. He pretends to stand up at the front desk but he is watching you through the window or on all the video cameras.

Coach BROOKE ELIZABETH DAVIDSON does not let you modify any exercises even if other trainers allow it.

This place is overpriced garbage.

Loss:
$200
Cons:
  • Dangerous
  • Too loud
  • Dirty

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE! Training for Warriors or Orange Theory Fitness is much better!

Poor decision making by owner

AI Highlights
  • General manager was let go.
  • Ms. McConnell at the front desk lacks knowledge and shows favoritism.
  • Her treatment of customers is unprofessional.

Management decides to let go of the general manager who happens to be the reason while myself and others come to this gym. Ms.

McConnell who handles the front desk knows nothing about running the front desk and shows blatant favoritism to certain employees. Does not meet the standards the general manager asks of her.

The way she speaks to customers is unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I guarantee you this gym will not last now that the general manager is no longer there!
