Verified Reviewer |I have two cameras saved so that on the tapo Care system whatever it is I paid for a year for two cameras to be on and for my daughter to be able to get on there and now you're telling me it's expired
I paid for two Tapo cameras to be on TapoCare, whatever it is. I paid for a year to have them both there, and now it's not working.
I want it to work. It's not recording at all right now. No one's at my house. I want my cameras on.
If you can't fix it, put the money back on my card and I'll find someone else to take care of my cameras. I did get new internet and the cameras are hooked up, so the Tapo Care system part that I got should go with the cameras when they're back online, right?

The thing I dislike the most is the idea of sticking a 3m stick to your ceiling or wall. I dislike this more than any other placement option.

Unable for shared person to arm or disarm sensors
Not able to share control, agent could not remedy the issue. Over 10 house invested in a failed installation. Sad that they are so user unfriendly.

I was satisfied with the interaction with the Tapo representative. She tried very hard to rectify the problem but unfortunately she couldn't.
Doorbell not working
Tapo doorbells not working. Called customer service.
Rolly responded and we tried to reset both the doorbell and router and still did not work. He recommended for a replacement. I just have to wait for the email within 1 day.

My ex-husband got on my account and has been monitoring my every move. He calls minutes after my arrival home and knows who and when I leave my home. It has to be through my cameras.

Can't set up at new residence
The guy was very nice and helpful. We lost the call and he called me back.

Set up
I was not pleased the first time I called but very happy with the second. The first gal was not much help and had a hard time understanding her. The second guy was very helpful and took very little time getting cameras set up.

I cannot add a second camera
It blinks, green, and red and does not give me an option to add a second camera Im just stuck in a loop. Please advise.
My cloud service ended and my subscription is not expired.
Reset the camera to update wifi. I didn't relink the camera to service. Trial ran out in a few days, and cloud service stopped.
I rest the camera to change wifi and didn't re-link the camera.
Everything was working due to trial. The trial expired.

Light bulbs playing up no customer satisfaction keeps turning on in middle of night and blinking when turned on no support from Telstra who I bought of and no support from Tapo who make products all they say is sorry we cant help me cheers to Telstra and Tapo who sell or make product
