Because I got scammed
- - Cashouts to PayPal failed; it took a week to get $10.
- - App froze and became unusable; balance $9.33 cannot be withdrawn.

It took a week to get it. Np! So I'm thinking the app works AND decide to play for more only this time not only did I play 5 days straight , I bought game packages to beat levels way faster PLUS I was supposed to get bonus points EVERY PURCHASE , I SADLY FOUND OUT THAT WAS A LIE 177.00 DOLLARS LATER now the app is frozen and I have 9.33 in money I can't even get . So I emailed customer service and explained it to them about the game.my stupid self thinking how rude no apologies for the messed up app ect..
I go to the game only to find out it's still froze and EXTREMELY UNUSABLE UNUSABLE .
I THEN SIT ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 2 AND 1/2 HOURS ONLY BECASUE THE RECORDING KEPT SAYING I WAS NEXT IN LINE. The Pic I'm sending is a Pic of the frozen screen
