Locating a friend who works there for a Reunion
Nobody has helped me with my request looking for a friend for a high school reunion his name is Mike Walker out of Santa Barbara. He works for your company.
Hes on LinkedIn, but I cannot log into LinkedIn. I was hoping that somebody in human resources will see my text and get back to me with a phone number. he lives in Santa Barbara. Hes 57 years old.
His name is Michael Walker. He works for your company out of Santa Barbara, so I will look other resources.
I thought I would try to call his employer to see if I can get a message to him. Thank you.
Resolved: A duplicate shipment to return #116****
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I received a duplicate shipment under the sane order number. I asked for return labels.
The post office said that both labels were identical. They returned both packages (one label on each box).
I only received credit for one package. I need to receive credit for the other package.
Preferred solution: Full refund

They sent me the wrong shoes. WRONG in every way possible.
Wrong style, wrong color, and wrong size. Used a robot to "fix my 'happy' return". Won't refund me my money or ship correct shoes until I return other ones. But I don't have time.
Finally make it to a UPS store and the return code they sent me is for the shoes I ordered, not the ones they sent, so I can't return! Meanwhile you can't reach a person. They will have you leave a message due to "high call volume" (yeah, everybody hates them so no wonder).
Don't order for them. Keep on going.

Verified Reviewer |Returned items gives vouchers for 90.00 per shoes returned plus points equaling 50 dollars. Tried to reorder but the numbers on vouchers don’t work. I want shoes that fit to replace returns
Unable to use return voucher to return. Trying for days to speak with a live person as messages don't work voucher numbers dont work on reorders.
Your customer service should be open according to message given I WANT SHOes THAT FIT TO REPLACE MY returned ITEMs I received the vouchers plus the 50 points at least. I need to speak with a human being who can help rectify or after I get this resolved ii have to call until I die then have a relative take over I want my shoes that fit. I will never buy anything from you again if this is what rectifying a return is like.

Unable to use return voucher to return. Trying for days to speak with a live person as vouchers worth cash worth the multiple returns for size and comfort were received.
Customer service people not computers are on existence even when you call during hours. I want the merchandise I paid for to fit and be wearable and useful. This is reasonable notion.
Send me the cash for the vouchers and points and I will go elsewhere. I would rather what I want from Taos but I will take my money and move on

Site crashed
The site is crashing and I cant place an order. I also was wondering if the sneakers are wide or medium and if they run true to size or order up a shoe size

I have contacted Taos footwear customer service by e-mail and by phone, leaving a message each time. No one has ever returned my call.
A company is only as good as its service to customers. I have lost faith.
