Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I received a duplicate shipment under the sane order number. I asked for return labels.

The post office said that both labels were identical. They returned both packages (one label on each box).

I only received credit for one package. I need to receive credit for the other package.

THEY WON'T LET ME RETURN SHOES THAT I DIDN'T ORDER

They sent me the wrong shoes. WRONG in every way possible.

Wrong style, wrong color, and wrong size. Used a robot to "fix my 'happy' return". Won't refund me my money or ship correct shoes until I return other ones. But I don't have time.

Finally make it to a UPS store and the return code they sent me is for the shoes I ordered, not the ones they sent, so I can't return! Meanwhile you can't reach a person. They will have you leave a message due to "high call volume" (yeah, everybody hates them so no wonder).

Don't order for them. Keep on going.

Returned items gives vouchers for 90.00 per shoes returned plus points equaling 50 dollars. Tried to reorder but the numbers on vouchers don’t work. I want shoes that fit to replace returns

Unable to use return voucher to return. Trying for days to speak with a live person as messages don't work voucher numbers dont work on reorders.

Your customer service should be open according to message given I WANT SHOes THAT FIT TO REPLACE MY returned ITEMs I received the vouchers plus the 50 points at least. I need to speak with a human being who can help rectify or after I get this resolved ii have to call until I die then have a relative take over I want my shoes that fit. I will never buy anything from you again if this is what rectifying a return is like.

Trying to exchange for new after return made vouchers don’t work and customer service live person non existence even though they say they are available

Unable to use return voucher to return. Trying for days to speak with a live person as vouchers worth cash worth the multiple returns for size and comfort were received.

Customer service people not computers are on existence even when you call during hours. I want the merchandise I paid for to fit and be wearable and useful. This is reasonable notion.

Send me the cash for the vouchers and points and I will go elsewhere. I would rather what I want from Taos but I will take my money and move on

I have contacted Taos footwear customer service by e-mail and by phone, leaving a message each time. No one has ever returned my call.

A company is only as good as its service to customers. I have lost faith.
