Defective oven window on bottom oven.
Hi. Hi.
Im concerned about my new stove received on October 31
I was baking a cake this afternoon.
I opened the light in the oven to check how my cake was looking like.
Somehow, I noticed this leak inside the window
When I opened the oven door to clear this leak thinking it was from inside the oven but I realized that its between the inside and outside the window.
How could this happen after using my oven twice only.
I got this stove 3 weeks ago and hardly used the oven.
I wrote to Cafe Appliances on messenger and they advised me to make a service call to GE Appliances.ca
Doesnt the store where I bought it handle this matter since the purchase is very recent
Also, I do not wish to have to pay for service when its not my fault this happened. Seems more like a defect.

Broken stove in 3 years
our LG samsung broke in 3 years. no customer service line to call to get it fixed went to the new store tanguay and they told me to submit an online complaint. why is there no easy way to get this fixed

No personal customer service
bought bar stool and had to get in my car to go to store no one answers phones your just a dummy on aphone and in 2024 with all out technolgy these company operates like dark ages stay away at all costs horrible horrible service and if dont talk french good luck.
