Apt-30 has major issues that have already been reported to management and now are being reported to BBB, Pissed Consumer, Lake County Code Enforcement, and Lake County Housing Authority.

1) Dining room, Ceiling Fan/Light coming off ceiling; 2) Kitchen. Cabinets do NOT have knobs; 3) Kitchen.

Under sink florescent light does NOT work; 4) Kitchen. GFCI/Light Switch is improperly connected; 5) Kids Bath. Toilet set is broken; 6) GFCI by sink does NOT work; 7) Kids Bath. Sink is missing stopper; 8) Kids Bath.

No in wall toilet paper holder; 9) MBath. Missing toilet paper rod; 10) MBath. Door does NOT lock, 1/2" gap; 11) MBedrm. Missing wall light cover; 12) Kids Bedrm.

Missing wall light cover; 13) HVAC unit. AC Float Wire Swich improperly run; 14) HVAC unit. AC filter is still filthy; 15) HVAC Ducts still filthy; 16) Font Door.

Front door improperly installed. Should have been a right hinge swing towards the wall.

Pictures will be uploaded to BBB, Lake County Authority, Pissed Consumer, etc.

  • Management is slow at replying
  • Do not fix anything

Preferred solution: Need all items listed in my complaint to be fixed within (2) weeks from the date of this complaint.

User's recommendation: Make sure you video, picture, and submit all work order immediately when you move in. Property Management does NOT care, or fix anything.
