It's always like this. They have to improve their service
Recently I requested that if they can expedite the transaction and I'm willing to pay an extra charge for it. So I initiated a transaction April 10th they debited it to my bank account at April 11th.
The transaction supposed to be finished at April 15th Then through the application the transactions failed. So the staff was told me that there are still waiting for their partner for confirmation. They have to improve their service. That's my concern.
I'm the one losing credibility here. Hope they care.
