Awesome employees

I just thought I would mention how wonderful the two employees I dealt with at Tanger Outlet in Howell MI are. They names are Melanie and Ashlee. I am not the only one who noticed as a few people who walked out the door told them they were super nice and helpful and seemed super grateful for their help. They really pay attention to the details of what someone is looking for. I was amazed at how knowledgeable they both are. I just happen to mention I had a suitcase that was being thrown out because two wheels were not working correctly. If they had not told me to check the number inside the suitcase and let them know what it was I it would have been in the garbage last night. They check and saw it was under warranty. Lo and behold, it still had about 1 1/2 years left. To a senior citizen this is a blessing! I did end up buying a backpack and a 20" suitcase and I am so excited. This is the first vacation I am going on since 1997 and I am going to disney with my daughter and grandson who is 18 mo. This will be my last trip due to health problems, but the backpack and suitcase will surly be used by my grandson later in life and I feel like I am leaving him something to remember me by because of the quality of Samsonite. Please let Melanie and Ashlee know how grateful I am for the large amount of time they spent with me helping me to make the right decision. They are honest and sweet and you could not ask for better people. I wish all the stores I shop at were as friendly, happy,knowledgeable and caring as these two. They truly deserve recognition. Tanger Outlets Food Court Review from North Charleston, South Carolina

As I was checking out I was standing in line. Two young ladies in front of me were being checked out, I stepped out of line to look at a selfie stick that I was going to purchase. Once it was my turn the rude cashier begins to argue with me that I cut the line. I was explaining to her that she was incorrect, I was standing in line instead of holding up the line I stepped out to pick out a selfie stick while she was cashing out the customers in front of me. She then cuts me off and say "FINE, whatever you cut - its fine." While checking me out she rolls her eyes, tosses my change at me, and had to reach over for my own bag. When is it ever okay to argue with a customer? Because of this rude customer service I will never shop at this establishment again!!! I didn't get the cashiers name but her Id number is 280726 and the store number is 00470. If you dislike your job this much maybe you should find a new one.

Tanger Outlet - Overcharge Review

I went to the Tanger Outlet in Burlington, NC on 8/2/14. I ordered a #5 which was $5.97. I upgraded to a drink that was .60 more. The girl charged me $8.78 as a total. The last time I counted that should have been no where near that much. I questioned the girl and she insisted it was correct without even looking. Another gentleman got the same thing and he questioned it also as he was overcharged. This is unacceptable and if people are putting money in their pockets that is so wrong. I feel this needs to be looked into ASAP and people should be compensated for this Robbery as that is how I see it because at the end of the day if you count it up from 100 customers, someone got a pretty healthy TIP!!
