I received order and it wasn't as expected so I immediately requested a return and too it to the nearest UPS. The package just arrived as return to sender due to no Suite #. Found Pissed Consumer which gave a phone number that gave no information other than mailbox full and it hung up on me. Now it's past the time to return product so I'm unsure whether I can still return or if I'll get a refund.

Bought from then 12/28 and never ship this is the time that im still waiting .. the confirmation purchase # ZA9F7XPHJ9HU. And the worst thing they want you to pay to talk to an agent jajaja ridiculous .

Buyer beware. My second Tanga order second disappointment with this company.

The description DOES NOT say anything about various colors or carious materials or shapes that could arrive. Ordered this for a baby shower and now again last minute scrambling to find something else. Tanga charges shipping and then requires you buy the insurance in case the product is lost or damaged which is ridiculous as they are the sender it should be their responsibility. Now have to reach out via email as they have no phone number and figure out how to return and get my shipping and product refund.

Have to waste my time re packaging and driving to some obscure location to return because this site is dishonest and disingenuous with their products. Tried them several times now and all products and shopping arrivals has been both incorrect and disappointing.

Stay away youre better off on amazon its cheaper, free shipping, simple returns and immediate credit back if the product is incorrect. No begging for your refund and shipping charges.

I received a champion printer today around 11:15 AM. I plugged it up at 11:20 AM. It looks like the printer has been used and someone was using it. The printer does not work. The light does not come on. I would like to return this printer so I can get another one. I shop with you all all the time I just cannot believe this is happening Peoples work hard for their money why should they have to go through this knowing you just spent your money on this item? Thank you.

No phone number to call and can take days to get an answer. I need the heated vest and solar charger for gifts. I cant get the battery to stay on when plugged into the vest, even if I turn it on without plugging it into anything it turns off in min. All blue lights are lite up showing its charge. The vest lights up when the battery is inserted too. But it turns off after 1min or less.

It was awesomeimmediate response..it could not have been easier! I thought I was going to receive a mailing label within 3 days but instead my money is being refunded to my card. I have always been pleased with products previously and this is the first time Ive had an issue. It was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and was clearly miss sized.
