I was in yalls cayce store in South Carolina when I heard the assistant manager have to ask her employee multiple times not to do something that he kept on doing anyway after being asked 3 times. Then he proceeded to argue with her so she told him that it was unprofessional and that there were customers in the store so he needed to stop and he says very loud, "I don't care if there are customers in here if I feel like I need to defend myself I'm going to." But there was no reason to defend himself she asked him not to do something and he wouldn't listen. He was making up an excuse as to why he was gonna do what he wanted instead of doing what she asked. And this isn't the only time he has said something offensive when I've been in the store. About 3 weeks ago my husband was in the store and he starts talking about how all straight men are weak. Of course my husband left without buying anything cause he was offended. And the first time he was making rude comments about elderly folks with an elderly woman right in front of him. We love this store and we come in all the time. The 2 women that work there are so much help and the manager is very sweet but this young man has no respect for other from what we have seen. And he dresses in the God awful short shorts show more than we want to see of his legs meanwhile everyone one else is dressed more business casual. I hate complaining but this was the 3rd strike in my book. We can no longer shop here if he continues to disrespect everyone. I was very proud of how yalls assistant manager handle the situation. She did not raise her voice or argue back she simply said ok and continued her work not entertaining his tantrum one bit. While the other lady talked him into making signs. It was clear he was not going to listen to a word the asm was gonna say. So the other lady was very smart at helping. Usually everyone in this store is very close like a family which is why we loved coming here. They made us all feel like we are one big Tandy family. But since he started its been very uncomfortable.
