Double charge on account - no one responding at Tanda

We have been charged nearly $6,000 twice for the annual charge, but after two weeks of chat, call, and messages, we cannot get anyone to talk to or respond to resolve this. Is Tanda in administration and not responding to customers?

Service used to be great, but now it is terrible and not even the sales team responds.

We are in the dark as to what is going on, and Tanda has our money falsely. This is basically theft, and we will need to report it to the Ombudsman and ACCC.
