Unable to deliver, cancels & refuses to refund

In Sept 2015 booked a trip for two to Cuba to attend the International Jazz Festival and paid in full by check. Six weeks later they cancelled because they couldn't get seats on a flight. Mr Fiskaa refused to reimburse me for the $5300 program fee plus $296.20 airfare paid to come to Florida. for the trip. After lots of arguing, I got a partial refund and he will only credit the remainder. I told him I could never trust him to book another trip with his company and want to be reimbursed in full for a trip his company had to cancelled. Beware of doing business with this company if you think you may ever need to cancel. He purchased travel insurance for me but didn't know what he was doing and purchased it too late so they refused the claim. They said since he was unable to deliver and it was specifically to attend the International Jazz Festival, not a regular trip that would be repeated, he should refund me. No matter what I say or do, he only refunded $2150 out of $5300.

Yeah I had an amazing trip last time I went! Ivar treated us like family! Cant wait for my next trip

GREAT COMPANY! I just got back from a trip with 12 people and Tampa2Cuba did a great job from start to finish.

Every time I would pop into the office unannounced someone was always there to help.

They seemed to be attentive and got things done. Definitely going back soon!
