The customer service is very unprofessional
I have been calling and each time I call the phone has been disconnected by them we are losing food.
To talk to live person about setting up auto pay
Trying to speak to customer rep n couldn't get live person!!! Tried dialing different number listed by TECO n they wanted to charge me for handling the call n transferring my call! Unbelievable!! I was trying to set up automatic payment n this is thanks I get !!! Terrible system for customer service!!!

Power is still off already paid on 6/2/22
Requested electricity power to connect on 6/4/22 and no power to date Resident arrived at night time at home without power Very hard to contact someone in TECO

Too many power surges!
It is ridiculous to have power surges every single day. A couple days ago, I had over 15 surges within 2 hours. The lights flickered non-stop to the point where it blew a couple light bulbs. My neighbor has the same problem, yet TECO refuses to recognize there is an issue. The young lady I talked to over the phone even told me that it is "Normal" to have these power surges. I call bull!!! These surges have ruined TV's, Stereos, Laptops and hundreds of dollars worth of electronics in my home as well as caused me to have to replace my outdoor lights at least twice a month.
