Termination to notify owners of how they manage there 5 properties

4 an half months employed was offered 500.00 relocation received nothing used my personal vehicle 7 days a week no compensation was told by a employee to purchase a van at my own expense was on call 24/7 4 sometimes 5 properties no new employee orientation for any medical or any other employee benefits asked operations supervisor do you offer medical his response was do you need medical was terminated day before owners or investers arrived I was about to let them know how there properties where being manage numerous empty apartments at all properties no training for property management to fill vacant apartments was denied right to work for company that is remodeling properties by tamarack not even sure that is legal owners have no idea that that was implemented by tamarack which they only managed don't own

TPMC manipulates, discriminates and ignores HUD and TPMC P&P

I was an employee of TPMC for almost 5 years. I was a site manager working at Hearthstone Apartments. There is a HUD mandatory meal program at the site serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week. A disabled resident decided she wanted off the meal program. With the help of her caregivers, case managers and parents they tried to bully me into exempting her from the meal program. I did my job and asked them to conduct the paperwork per HUD and TPMC rules. They refused to comply and instead filed a complaint with my supervisor saying I was discriminating. Long story short I lost my job for doing my job. I have numerous documents and even a 48 minute video of them abusing me in my office but I lost my job and was unable to get unemployment. Meanwhile Tamarack refuses to give a male resident credits because he goes to the nursing home daily to be with his wife. Tamarack discriminates and does not follow HUD rules or their own P&P. Stay far away from Tamarack. I have numerous documents and the video that prove I was only doing my job and FIRED for it. I am happy to show anyone that doubts my complaint as a only disgruntled employee. richmontz@***.com
