My system hang i change hard disk only april and may account show 2023 rest has gone
I purchased tally to my shop for account purpose. I purchased single user.
In name of navaldasnsons@***.com.every time I opened tally for account it will not open. Then I change hard disk 240 GB. Now 2023 from may to January account has gone. It's show dume.
Please help me for tally account. So I can recover my account.

It’s a scam
Its a scam. Please dont use them.
They lost an investor and on November 29th, 2023, sent an email to thousands of Tally customers that they wont be paying the credit cards off anymore, with immediate effect - leaving all of us with a forced loan at 25.24%! They charge $300 yearly membership to give you access to lower rates, and their rate is higher than my credit cards!
Communication with them is terrible, they are blaming all on the investor and not taking any responsibility. They are not transparent. Dont trust them.
They use people in vulnerable situation. Stay away.
