Customer of the car repair shop that she works for. My friends asked her about the purchase of four tires for their car. I remember sitting in the car repair waiting area many times back in the day & I was offered complimentary coffee while I was there. So I told my friends about the great customer service from back then. I was so shocked & horrified when the new face worker told them that the complementary coffee was only for Certain customers. My friends happened to be from Jamaica but they were living in America
