Verified ReviewerResolved: Haven't encountered some of these things. On the whole TalkTalktv is OK
- - There was a box problem; I couldn't change it.
- - Playback jumps and misses chunks; the box records only one channel.
- - Hard to contact them at first.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The box is to be returned and the contract adjusted to exclude that part of the monthly payment. I could not exchange it for the box we had before.
A recent problem, I was contacted but not entirely happy as could not change box. Will have to return it and have cost taken off contract or keep it.
Would have liked a different box, but I was overall happy with the way they dealt with it.
It was hard to find a way to contact them at first.The box itself is awful, only records one channel at a time and NOT when another programme is being watched. Anything that is being played back or has been time shifted, jumps missing chunks out of the programme.
