Listening to Talksport on my phone asking for email address and password. I t is radio , not parliament !!
- - App asks to register with an email to listen.
- - Password errors say wrong password or email in use.
- - Desktop also shows this issue.
I am trying to listen to Talksport radio on my phone but it keeps asking me to register and put my email address in .
The problem is when I put in my password it tells me I am not using the right password or that, that email address is allready being used .
O copied it into a book I use at home so the password is correct.
If a customer was to think that maybe the password they want is the same password that they use for their email address then they are compromising there own security and being open to theft or fraud.
How stupid is this?
All I wanted to do was listen to the radio , not steal (THE CROWN JEWELS) its just a radio, why do you guys make everything so complicated .
This is not good customer service as far as I am concerned.
I even tried at home on my desk-top computer and it comes up with the same crap !!

I have attempted on 3/4 occassions over this last 6 months to unsubscribe from Talk Sport emails. Each time Ive gone through the process it has told me I have successfully unsubscribed.
The emails keep coming! I believe you by law are meant to deal with my request within 10 days. Clearly this has continued to be breached. If this matter is not now finally dealt with properly and to my complete satisfaction I intend to report the issue to Offcom
