Where is my money? Why is it says, it’s losses/claimed? My niece never get it,,,

I sent money for my niece last Week, Friday ,May 6,2022,,, expecting that she can use it that day. Until now,its unclaimed,but I saw here that it is claimed /losses,,,why? Who took my money? Its not fair for me... I keep on calling the customer service,nobody answered. Just the answering machine... I left the voice message, I never heard anything from the company since then.

And I need to explain this long? I dont see its importance,,, I really dont understand! I wish you have the easier way ,,,
