I have been calling, issue has not been resolved. No one has contacted me back. Im trying to return ideas there is no shipping label.

Rotten service & VM is full
I paid EXTRA to have order expedited. Ordered on the 10th to arrive on the 16th.
Just got an email that they processed it on the 18th and WILL try & get here by 24-28th.
What a disappointment. I BETTER get my extra $35 back that I paid for & their VM is full

Verified BuyerHorrible shipping speed. I paid for 2 day express I'm on day 5!!
To date no one has reached out and my Package was delivered but extremely late. It’s a love hate with them. I love everything they sell but the customer service is trash
Ive given this company the benefit of the doubt 4/5 times!!
I absolutely love the clothing and so Does my husband and that is Why for our anniversary last week I bought his favorite sweats and i paid for the 2 day express shipping and im Now On day 5 waiting for a *** tracking number.
