Run around for two weeks with no resolution. A simple request for a price adjustment turned into two weeks of waiting for a response

Horrible shipping speed. I paid for 2 day express I'm on day 5!!
To date no one has reached out and my Package was delivered but extremely late. It’s a love hate with them. I love everything they sell but the customer service is trash
Ive given this company the benefit of the doubt 4/5 times!!
I absolutely love the clothing and so Does my husband and that is Why for our anniversary last week I bought his favorite sweats and i paid for the 2 day express shipping and im Now On day 5 waiting for a *** tracking number.
