They have not shipped my orders in over 10 days
Still no communication at all...these *** have 160$ worth of product they have not shipped to me yet!

placed order over 15 days ago with promo shipping of 4-10 days, no email updates, no tracking info, no response to emails and customer service# just rings and rings with no answer...
feels like I've been ripped off for over $70 at this point.
