Still have not received my pans
- - Received two wood pan holders instead of titanium pans and utensils.
- - Three months with no resolution; no follow-up after contacting the post office.
I ordered two titanium pans and utensils. they sent me two wood pan holders i called the same day i received them they told me the package was delivered i told them all i got wasd two pieces of wood they told me to take it up with the post office.
so i contacted the post office got a picture of the one package they received which is the same package i received.
i sent them the picture i got from the post office and a picture i took of the package and wood things in the package. have not heard back from them,it has been three months now i cannot get nobody but an ai on the phone saying the same steps i have taken twice.do not buy nothing from these people they are a scam company
