Free 90 day Return - Not honored
Shopped on website. When I hit checkout to see what discounts I qualified for, they shipped the canvas. I did not intend to purchase it. Was strictly shopping. Then I saw FREE 90 DAY RETURNS. ok. When I got the canvas (not custom in any way shape or form) I tried to contact them via email and they have put me thru hell. The reality is they ONLY offer to exchange it. I have to purchase another canvas with an $80 credit then they offer to return the other one. It's been hell. They don't tell you this until they stream you along for days. THE CANVASES ARE A PRINTED PHOTO THAT IS NOT HI QUALITY IN ANY WAY. Hate the company. Hate the customer service reps. It's a total SCAM!

Only offered an exchange. Tailored Canvases is the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. Do not shop here. Please share.
Their own website clearly states FREE 90 DAY RETURN. They offer a bait and switch.

Theyre now trying to get me to pay for prints I dont have and dont want them back and no Im not paying for them . They will not received a penny for those cheap prints which is unfair debt practices . To get around their own policy they told affirm a site they list to do business with that they were treating them as a custom prints . No where on the site is a print that is 24 by 36 a custom prints . Since Ive made several complaints against them they have modified their return policy they changed it 90 days and said in the current policy that you cant get a refund well that baiting a customer to change a policy after someone hates the product . I wouldnt hang that cheap canvases in a barn . My suggestion to them is to take their so called talent prints and put them up their *** because they will not get a penny from me . I dont care that it cost me 200 plus to ship them back to your so called business. You never received a penny from me I want them to put something against my credit report go for it tailored see what happens next because the day they do I will sue them for unfair debt practice .

I was to Oder a canvas due to they wouldn't take the one they sent me. I wasn't happy with the canvas in their policy it states a refund back if I sent the picture back.
They want to take the picture back and give me refund because I was sending back during the 30 days.
But they gave me a discount on another picture. But they took it back.

I was giving a discount on another canvas. I thought everything was okay with the order. Then all of a sudden they refunded my money, but they would not take the first canvas.

I ordered from Tailored Canvases a canvas for $321. They sent the wrong color.
Looked like crap. They had me send them all kinds of pictures. They admitted it was wrong color. Requested a refund.
