Recently, I received a "ROOM ESSENTIALS" 5-Lite floor lamp. It was a gift. It came with four shades. One Shade was missing. I wanted to purchase a new shade. The Item is still being offered for sale In Store/Online for about $20. I went to their website and had to use their search engine to even get to Customer service. Their "Customer Service Center" is located in Nicaragua Central America. I bet Target isn't paying much to run that center! After a 20 minute Phone conversation ( I was on hold for about 3/4 of the time), I was told I would have to buy a whole new lamp to get one shade! This item is sold in Wallmart and K-Mart as well! I will let you know if there is any difference!
