- Facebook login shows wrong password after change and pages won't load.
Let a real person talk to the costumer and may let people see the pictures of the dogs and everyone I try to get on your Facebook it it keeps telling it wrong even when I change the password with your help right after I cant get back web pages. Thank you for taking time out to help me dont know till I see the product the last one I love it till the dog ate her tag off her collar

We were unable to connect with anyone. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone or even connect through a technician via chat. I am still trying to complete a return without any success.
You can no longer reach them in any of their phone numbers or email and their PayPal doesn’t work

I tried to use PayPal for reorder and it wouldnt take it even after trying five times. I tried to reach them by phone number.
I went online and found a new phone number for him which also wasnt working and I tried to reach them email which did not work either.

Defective collar
The collar is very heavy and has fallen off four times in four days with normal play. It has also ripped in three places.
I have to pay their shipping to get new one. Cannot contact a human either
