Not sure why everyone is complaining about the filters wearing out...they aren't meant to last a lifetime. Our last home...the filter lasted about 27 gallons...our new home...the filter lasts about 17 gallons. That does NOT mean that there is something wrong with the...

Sure, let's automatically discredit any other experiences. I've used them before and found that newer filter last much shorter at the same location. Literally, the last one I ...

We are on our 4th filter with no issues. We have been keeping a tally of the amount of water we get out of each filter. So far it appears to be cost effective for us when comparing to buying bottled spring water. We check the TDS every morning and change the filter...

I love mine too and never had a problem My only concern is it's hard to get the filters

Our well water has around 340 PPM of total dissolved solids and tastes good as is, but I wanted to bring down the tds. A ZeroWater mini filter in a Britta was great for 1 day only, it brought it down to 20 PPM and the taste was the same as from our faucet-very good....

Yes the filters are a hit or miss unfortunately but overall I like this product. I check the water every couple of times with that spiffy little meter they give you. When the filter doesn't work to well I slap it around some and that gives it a little more life. But...

Bought the 23 cup dispenser with two filters. Filled the container 3 times, then had to replace the filter due to a bitter, acidic taste in the water. (TDS was approx 250 in unfiltered water). Tested the water at this point and TDS was approx 21. So I filtered...

I just put a new filter in my ZeroWater countertop dispenser. The water poured through the filter into the lower drinking water compartment. Surprised at the speed of the flow, I tested the water. It tested at 56. Tap water in Denver today tested at 62. The previous...
