Ups Store - I Just Got My Yard Sign Order - I Want a Refund!

I ordered 10 yard signs from your UPS Store website. I specified that I wanted the same image on both sides of the yard signs. When I received the signs they were only printed on ONE side. I called the customer service number on the order, and the representative refused to give me a refund, and also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They said they would reprint the signs for me, but I need the signs right away, and it already took me 6 days to get my original sign order. These signs are for a non-profit youth sports league. We cannot afford to pay for more signs, and we also cannot afford to get jerked around - but we HAVE been jerked around - big time!

Purchased items online with two forms of payment. Went to the store in Northlake Mall (Charlotte) to returns items due to fit. Informed cashier that items were purchased with 2 cc and was told it would be refunded the way paid. NOT! Refund was returned to ONE of the cards not split between the 2. Told they couldn't do anything, but gave me a card to call customer service who according to the MGR would be able to help. Unfortunately, customer service was of NO HELP! Told couldn't change the way it was refunded. Will never purchase from them again!

Ups Store - Horrible Customer Service

I went to the UPS store on Main street Metuchen,NJ a couple of days back to drop off a return prepaid package (it was a rented run) I had put the tux in a bag but had not taped the box. All I asked the guy was - Is this packed right and can I tape the box?" He started yelling at me -saying something like - I am not your children (??) - don't talk to me like that - you buy that tape and put it - I have never seen a box like that and went on and on. I asked him - what is wrong with you and just left the store. Several of our friends have complained about this guy who runs the store - extremely rude person. Went to the store on Centennial Ave, Piscataway , NJ and the people were so nice. My job was done in a couple of minutes.
