Package of $49.99 not complete by Vivint Home Security

Details
I have a 49.99 package with vivint. I do not have sensors on my windows. Motion sensor which never worked. Sensor on front door and back door, none on side door. When entering from the garage, you can walk all through my house alarm will not sound. Front door should have door bell with camera vision, I don't have one. The app was put on my smart phone to look at what? All I asked was to get $49.99 complete package which I deserve. I would appreciate if a representative could come to my resident and check what I am complaining about. I tried to get satisfaction since August no one has helped me. I've been getting one excuse after another.

Vivint - Waiting 3 weeks for repair of equipment/not covered for security

I have had 3 times that I had to climb on a step-stool and take apart the security box, disconnect it and type in commands to reboot it. After the third time, the system stopped working. I had to wait 48 hours to get a call from a scheduler to schedule a technician call in 3 weeks. I was told I couldn't cancel my contract but I will not be charged for the days the service is not connected. I have an emergency call button that is inactivated along with my entire security system. I feel that Vivint has not completed its obligations to the contract. I signed up for a security system because I wanted to feel secure and safe. I am without a security system for 3 weeks because Vivint doesn't have enough technicians to schedule them any sooner. Vivint staff report they are doing "the best we can." Vivint needs a better system to resolve technical repairs.

Misrepresenting or not fully disclosing the details is shady business. I would do everything to not honor your end of the contract since Vivint are not honoring theirs.
